These Terms of Use ("Terms") apply to your use of growinggainstherapy.com (the "Site"), operated by Growing Gains OT, PT, SLP PLLC ("Growing Gains Therapy," "we," "us," or "our"). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, please don't use the Site.

Using the Site
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable permission to access and use the Site for your own personal, non-commercial use, in line with these Terms.
This Site Is for Adults
Our Site is intended for parents, guardians, caregivers, and professionals — not for children. You may not use the Site if you are under 13 years old. Any information about a child submitted through the Site must be provided by a parent or legal guardian.
No Medical Advice
The content on this Site is provided for general informational and educational purposes only. It is not medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment, and it shouldn't be relied on to make decisions about your child's health. Always consult a qualified, licensed professional about your child's specific needs. A clinician cannot evaluate or treat your child based on Site content alone.
Not for Emergencies
The Site is not a way to reach us in an emergency. If your child is experiencing a medical emergency, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room.
No Client Relationship
Using the Site — including submitting a form, sending an email, or calling — does not create a client–clinician relationship. That relationship begins only after the appropriate intake, evaluation, and agreement to services are completed.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could harm, disable, or impair it;
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site or its systems;
- Use bots, scrapers, or other automated tools to access or collect data from the Site; or
- Copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from the Site's content without our permission.
Intellectual Property
The Site and its content — including text, graphics, logos, the Growing Gains Therapy name and branding, and the design and arrangement of the Site — are owned by or licensed to us and are protected by intellectual property laws. Your use of the Site doesn't give you any ownership of, or rights to, this content beyond the limited permission to use the Site described above.

The Site may link to websites or resources we don't control. We provide these for convenience only and are not responsible for their content, accuracy, or practices. Visiting a linked site is at your own risk.

If you opt in to text messages or other communications, those are governed by the terms described in our Privacy Policy, including how to get help (reply HELP) and how to opt out (reply STOP).

Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute arising out of or relating to the Site or these Terms will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in New York County, New York, and you consent to their jurisdiction.
